Need some advice.

Been thinking about trading my gmt 2 for a JLC Polaris mariner, thoughts?
I already have a sub c as well. Thanks

Thats a personal choice. I'm a Rolex addict, so I alway vote for the Rolex over other brands.

Not something I'd do - I'd buy if I was you. Should be available at a decent price.

I would do it
if it was the Jaeger LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph Automatic Blue Dial Q905T480.

Yes, it is possible. I guess I just want to have different brands in my collection. I have Sub c, Breitling and Panerai.

Not a GMT fan and that Mariner blue dial is amazing . Love the size , great movement and not ubiquitous. I would much rather sport the JLC than a GMT ii .

I've got the LN and love it, it's the one modern piece I'm never selling. That pop of green for some reason really makes the watch for me. I even prefer it to the BLRO and BLNR, which is odd because I know on paper I shouldn't (maybe that's when you know a watch is really for you??).

I'd try to add the JLC if possible, or if you find the LN redundant to the sub consider parting with the sub (that way you keep a GMT and a diver). You'll always be able to get back a sub if you miss it.

Ultimately though, it's all about what speaks to you.

The dial on the Polaris is amazing. The GMT is a classic though. You should get roughly 20% off the JLC going grey. I would wait and russle up the cash to enable you to keep the GMT too.

Why not pick up a used JLC for under msrp? Maybe not that exact model but just something to scratch the itch and add diversity.
