What is an ok loss or gain in 24 hours for these movements?

It could need a service, or it could have come out of the box like that. It could very probably be regulated to do better. Knowing the amplitude and beat error would give a better idea as to the health of the movement if you have access to a timegrapher.

^^^ This. You can regulated but if it isn't running as good as it could be then you could be wasting your time. For me on a watch this only anything under +30 is manageable.
