would someone please tell me how i can get the avatar i want to use down to a 48k file? i have a 2M .jpg i want to use but can't squeeze it down that small.

Well, yes. Something weird is going on with the DST functions... if you set it to Automatically Detect DST, it is an hour behind. If you set it to DST Corrections always on the time is correct.
