As far as value, I'm sure there's many collectors would pay thousands for that.
As for condition, somewhere between heavily distressed and ruined.
...or, as the next seller will no doubt describe it as, "an excellent tropical dial"

It is definitely a mess. Worrisome if a fakir got hold of it.
