Discoloration on Ceramic Bezel

Hi, Friends:

I bought this submariner (photo attached) brand new from a trusted seller here on TRF about 18 months ago. I love the watch and the seller was impeccable.

Today, I noticed that the watch has some discoloration (or some platinum removed) on the zero at the "20" on the bezel. This was not there when I bought the watch.

Two questions:

1) Has anyone else had this happen to their ceramic bezel watches?

2) Would the repair of this be covered under my warranty?

Thanks for the help!

Appears to be filled with some foreign substance. Doubt it's missing platinum!
