Sounds like a possible scam.
UPS guy sees a package from Roliworks, knowing the value contained therein.
Keeps the rolex and throws out nine other worthless, packages, saying they were all stolen.

Rolliworks has only had one insurance claim from what Mike told me. Not sure what to believe. Rather have the watch, even though I am expecting a check shortly from there insurance carrier.

FED EX staff knows they have a $$$ when being picked up at watch store or luxury anything. So know thieves hanging around…
Then 47th Street in NYC would have robberies everyday. Rolliworks is in the diamond district in Miami, and I actually spoke to Mike (the owner) the other day, and this is only there second insurance claim, with an issue like this. As disappointed as I am with not having my watch, odds are most of these deliveries are successful.

Seems like someone has caught on that Rolliworks gets lots of nice watches in and out, and took a chance to steal your package and likely others that they knew were shipping out from there. This really sucks if it affects their business..

Rolliworks is located in the middle of the diamond district in Miami. They actually have the same driver for years. I do not have details on investigation yet, from Rolliworks, and Fed Ex. But I think diamonds would be alot more valueable to steal then a GMT. These companies have been doing business for years, in the diamond district of NYC, Miami, LA, and other parts of the countries. Unfortunatley shit happens. Thats what insurance is for. Im sick about this, since I really want my watch. Financially I will be made whole.

So it looks as though a FedEx truck was broken into on Feb 15th....10 packages were taken....two other dealers that are members of similar FB groups shared with me, that there packages were stolen as well. One of them actually got a clip of the guy taking boxes and putting them into a car. Unfortunately nothing worthwhile to share with authorities like a license plate or face pic etc etc. In fact one of the dealers suggested the pieces might still be in the Seybold Building in Miami Diamond district where there are some known fences that buy stolen goods. Oh well. Rolliworks has been more then forthcoming and there insurance will eventually make me whole financially. Still a terrible ordeal.

That is brutal. Chances are slim, but it may show up in the future.

Not optimistic...LOL...and finding what I like again, at my pricepoint will be challenging as well. Insurance will make me whole and check is expected in two weeks.
