I always thought originals would be engraved rather than printed or stamped.

Sorry for a noob question, what is the difference between stamped and engraved and printed? I guess you can differentiate engraved between stamped or printed.

But how would differentiate between stamped and printed? Unless my understanding of the meaning of stamped is wrong, i am imagining they are the same process?
