Have a friend that wants a dress watch with 2 alarms for under $500USD.

Any ideas, or suggestions where I can start looking? The two alarms is throwing me off.

Seiko, Acutron, Citizen, any ideas for that price range?

Casio G-Shock. The others you mention make alarm watches but they often have only 1 alarm. However, it is worth checking on Citizen, I think their Skyhawk model has more than one alarm.
