Goofy Laws

Okay, I JUST heard this on the news.
Firstly, In Canada seat belts are MANDATORY for all passengers IN a car.
That I knew.
BUT,
There is NO LAW AGAINST people being in the trunk of the car , while it is moving

In NY, usually the one in the trunk are dead to begin of, maybe thats why you don't need a seat belt.

I don't mind this everyone wears seatbelt thing, its become a habit for me anyway.

I think that law fits in nicely with the concept of natural selection......

Yep, that 'incident' happened not far from my house. The kid broke his pelvis and is in pretty serious condition. BTW, did you know there's also no law prohibiting riding in the bed of a pick-up truck? Or carrying a dog back there?

I'd hate to be in the cab, have to slam on the brakes and have my friend or dog become a projectile and decapitate me. Rest assured though, these laws will be ammended.

In BC, dogs in backs of Pick Ups must now be tethered down of in a locked transporter.
And, it's been years since we've been allowed to ride in the box of a pickup.

Probably since Rick Hansen became a projectile.
