From actual experience this year: Provident in Naples Florida and Govberg in Philly are still discounting dependent on which watch...at least on two tone Chronomats.

I knew Vegas isn't the cheapest place to buy a watch, but I wanted to take home a superocean abyss from the Horologio in the venetian last week. They took off the sales tax plus 8 percent discount, which I was happy with. Didn't even pay cash.

Go to a different AD. I heard they all tightened up a lot esp. Rolex, but breitling 100% discounts. 3 yrs back I was got 20% or alil more off. I'd imagine you would still get at least 15% off now
