OK, you've motivated me to stoke up the BBQ.
Scotch Fillet and a pork & fennel sausage should do the trick.

I find marinating my steaks results in a big improvement to taste and tenderness. Grilled over charcoal it doesn't take long.

There is only one place in the entire planet where you can get the best hamburger in the whole world : kit's called In N Out. Everyhting else is just pointless meat dressed up with fancy condiments that just add to the final bill.

Maybe I should try marinating them , I usually just sprinkle salt n pepper and throw them on !

Mine. 1 1/2 chuck, 4 pcs burnt bacon and a “over medium fried egg” cooked to MEDIUM charcoal briquettes w/ buttered light char bun.

I must say the best burger I have ever had was in sydney near the football ground I'm sure it was called mickey mouse's the burger was out of this world and wales beat turkey 2-1 to top it off in a soccer match (football).

They are good, but their fries are horrible!

Best burger fast food place in the states is Shake Shack IMO. And you get beer too!

I can't say what's the best burger I've ever had but about 10 years ago I spent some time in Queenstown in NZ and had a few amazing Fergburgers. I think I had one every day I was there for either lunch or dinner. Haha.

Recently had a Five Guys burger in Ireland and it was delicious too.
