When you sent in a Rolex to RSC for an overhaul, what part (s) do they replaced ?
What part do they replaced with a new part ?

Depends on which parts are worn out.

The process is different for different models, and depends on age of some parts as well as condition.
In general: For all models at each service interval, all gaskets. If a crystal is chipped or cracked, then that too. Spring bars are always good to replace due to low cost but expensive consequences if one fails. Usually after 10-20 years you can expect the mainspring to be replaced. Also, the crown is typically damaged by then from hard knocks. If you have ignored routine servicing, some jewels and the rotor axle are prime candidates. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There are parts that are very often replaced (rotor axle, rotor axle clip), and the mainspring is indeed standard replacement.

At the very minimum; rotor axle, main spring, all seals and gaskets.
