Having Fire Masters as friends is dangerous!!!!!

Mexico’s grill academy, with thousands of members and also active grillers in the International Grill (Tennessee) Championship has as ambassadors top of the line chefs who specialize in grills. The highest position is becoming a Fire Master. They know everything about smoking, grilling, etc. and are certified by Big Green Egg, Weber and Napoleon to name a few.

They are good friends, and have a quiet place, plastic chairs and no frills where they get together for fun...

Today I stopped by to say hello...BIG mistake!

Yum! With a slightly bitter aperitif? A dry port, maybe?

This food just looks so appealing to me it drives me crazy. We don't have this food in Australia. When I decide to visit Southern USA and Mexico, I will be asking for restaurant recommendations from this forum.
