I would buy one if I had an iPhone, for exercise.

Not a watch, but a phone you wear on your wrist. Tired of the "apple sold more watches than Rolex" news stories. Ugh.

I have one but find it hard to wear because I love wearing my Smurf, so the Apple Watch sits on the dresser. But it is handy for health or if I don’t want to carry my phone, because I bought the one with cellular service,I could just wear it on my right arm and the Rolex my left. That wouldn’t look dumb.....lol

As a watch no, for fitness, maybe but there are so many better choices for that.

I did. Twice.

Gave them both away.

Would love a sporty, classy, smart watch tho. Can’t wait till something better comes out.

I use mine for the gym only. I finally figured out I could turn it off to conserve the poor example of battery life.

I have a smartwatch (not an Apple) which I don't wear. Not worth it IMO.

I would love to,but I would beat the crap out of it in one day at work. Also, I can’t stand to have a watch that becomes obsolete because some guys in Cupertino decide I must buy the newer model.

I’m an Apple fan boy but no Apple Watch for me. I have an iPhone and 2 MacBooks. My wife and daughter both have an Apple Watch.

It’s a disposable digital device that I have no desire to own. I much prefer spending my money on things that are made to last.

I considered one but passed. I have a Rolex and an iPhone....what more do I need!?

The watch gets outdated quickly, and I can’t imagine how annoying it would be to be dealing with all those notifications on my wrist. No thanks.

I admit that part of me wants one as I love gadgets, but I’m already connected enough so getting notifications on my wrist every time I get and email or text would drive me even crazier than I am now. Luckily the sane side of me has over-rules the ‘I want a new toy’ side.

Have a Series 2, love it for tracking my runs & when I fancy a change of pace, to be more connected.

On weekends, I swap it for my mechanical. Different occasions call for different watches. My mechanical is useless when I’m running or when I want to be discreet with my connected life, my mechanical is perfect when I want to switch off from it all.

Love the Series 2, looking forward to see where Apple go next though.

I've thought about getting one to replace my G-Shock for work and gym duty but I'm not convinced it's worth it

You never actually own an Apple Watch. You’re merely waiting for the next generation.

I'm on the fence.

I don't want to wear two watches -- I tried it with a fitbit for a little while, but that has been sitting unused. I don't particularly need the notifications and music control.

The camera control is a cool idea, but it seems kind of useless without a tripod for the iphone.

As for health tracking, I think there are some better form factors. Motiv is pretty compelling, and likely the direction I'll ultimately end up going.

The thing that I haven't figured out is whether the health capabilities of the Apple watch are so much more superior than anything else...

If you have a very specific purpose for the Apple Watch (gym, exercise, ease of use when riding, etc) then I don't see why not. I have one, and I only ever strap it on before I head to the gym or, erm, do some housework to track how much calories I burn as I mop the floors of my home
