WTB: GENTS 18k yellow gold Deployment Buckle set

I have an older 18k yellow gold Tiffany men's watch with a standard strap and buckle. I would like to convert to a deployment strap and 18k yellow gold adjustable buckle. I have a smaller wrist and would need an adjustable style similar to how Breitling can adjust.
18mm at the lugs, so probably a 17-18mm is what i need? I"m guessing.

Any solid gold 18k, yellow gold, buckle should work. I do not need an externally marked buckle (Rolex or otherwise). I have seen a couple of Cartier deployments and that should work, however the appear to be a fixed size.

If you have a crocodile or embossed lather strap (dark burgundy or black) to go with the deployment buckle, I would be a buyer as well

Any help is appreciated. Thank you, all.
