Advice for buying this Datejust 16014 1987

Hi guys, I am planning to purchase tomorrow a 2 tone datejust 16013 for 6000 Euro and would like to know why the hands are looking like its oxidated? Does this have to do with the material? Also, I was wondering if this a good condition for a vintage rolex datejust 16013 based on the image? Thanks

Hands do oxidize, but those are pretty bad. $6k euro is a crazy price in the current market, IMO, even with papers.

Agree with Dan.... a circa £3.8 - 4k papers watch imho. I'd live with hands personally and I think one or two of the HR markers (as not sigma) are tarnishing too, so you might argue all is 'in keeping' so to speak.

Too much for that reference and condition. You can do better.

Wow... way overpriced for that piece. It's in nice condition (apart from the hands) but not worth 6K Euro my goodness..
