Icon20 1920-1930 Ladies Rose Gold Rolex

Dear members I was hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this piece for me, so far I have found out that the case was manufactured by Edward Hickman of Alleslay Coventry, the bracelet by a company called Britannic who were famous for making bracelets in the 20's and 30's, both are 14 carat rose gold. The movement is marked Rolex on the back inside, but there are no marks on the face. Both the from and back are hinged and as you van hopefully see from my photos the bezel is set with tiny seed pearls.I have spent hours looking for something similar with no luck and would really appreciate any advice.
