Help......Rolex Explorer 214270 39mm

I'm reaching out ( My 1st post ) looking for information on adding additional links to a Rolex bracelet Model # 77200

This is the bracelet that fits the 2010+ Explorer 39mm. So, my 1st question is being that It is sized at 20mm but tapers......what does it taper to?... 15.5?

Additional links will attach near the clasp so I need this information.

Also, OEM? Aftermarket?......The original Rolex links seem damn expensive!

Appreciate any input

Thank You

Try going to your AD and asking for some links. Often, they will give them away if they have any loose.

All the removable links on the SS models are pretty much interchangeable. As for OEM or aftermarket, absolutely only OEM.

Do not know/have the exact answer but this chart says 16.5mm

If you find OEM too expensive, check out ebay for AM options. Or post a WTB in the FS section here if you want OEM

You can PM Alpino. He may have the specs for those links.

Yes the genuine rolex links are expensive but you can often get them on eBay or through the forums, of course you can get them from an AD. They are precision made and finished to match the original. And what is it worth to keep your watch original? If you are ever going to flip/sell your watch that after market link won't look so cheap then. I'd just bite the bullet and get the genuine links.

Bracelet tapers to 16mm.

About the links i recommend to go genuine. Come on, you have such a beautiful piece.. don't ruin it by adding an aftermarket part.

Thats the way i see it.
