2008 Quantum of solace. I want to flip it too, but at the same time I'm hesitating a lot because of past bad experiences when selling a watch. Maybe I'll wait more since its prices are going up, especially this particular model and mine is numbered 8282/10,007

Submariner any day of the week. No matter what model it is, I would always choose the Submariner. Utterly gorgeous and totally classic. The Seamaster is not even close, especially those 1990's Bond things. Everybody knows Bond wore a Rolex and no matter how much money is spent to advertise a product it will never change the truth.
