I'm not sure yet. Since the 5167 has just arrived my judgment is still affected by the honeymoon phase. I'll have to wait a few more weeks. But both are amazing.

huge congrats. I wish it was a bit easier to get either one of those models in Canada. I feel like Patek in Canada is like Rolex in the UK.

Nice pick !!! How long was the waiting list for the 5711 as a new client ? If you bought it from an AD.

I was actually very lucky, my AD had just received one the day before I asked for it. So no waiting time. I live in Mexico, and with the recent devaluation of the peso in the last few month not a lot of people are rushing to buy Patek Phillips.

Now the honeymoon is over do you miss the Sub-C as a daily wearer / beater!??

I should have a 5711 soon for special occasions but wondering if I can get away with a 5167 as a daily wearer with the polished clasp and "scratch magnet" bezel. Is it really a scratch magnet?

Would love to ditch the Sub but guess maybe my lifestyle requires it!

Beautiful acquisition! It was a few years before my second PP, I guess I'm well behind the curve. Congratulations...
