I quite agree, Dave, I was thinking this would be very hard to beat and I don't think it has been.

Though I still say if it didn't have the thick gold ring around the dial, it would have been 100% on point/perfect.

I always wanted something that has the look or presence of the RG GP, or RG barr II. The 44RG with the white dials just doesn't do it. This new one is closer, but still not quite there.

Love this watch, it's so nice. Did anyone find it heavy to get used to at first? Felt heavy in the boutique but i had been wearing my Patek before trying it on, so relatively it was of course much much heavier.

The platinum felt like it was going to twist my arm off a little! But I think Rose gold you can get used to the weight, what do you think?

I'd love to order a Rose gold 44mm at some point but still not sure about the weight.
