Talk about a watch that does not age..... I purchased this beauty brand new in 1999. Watch went diving, been everywhere, seen everything etc... Never needed a thing and kept great +4 time for 15 years. It had its first routine service at the 15 year mark. It needed nothing and was only sent in because it was 15 years old. Rikki said the watch looked great, did its routine service, and only polished very sparingly as it didn't need much. Looking at the watch now, its sharp lines and pristine shape, you would still think it's a new watch. The watch was on my wrist at the birth of both my kids and even walked my Mother to the grave last year. The moral of the story is: buy what you love the first time, you will never have any regrets or even care about resale value because it can't be replaced.

I have one query though, is the bezel lined up correctly? The reason I ask is because mine isn't on the Bluesy and I'm trying to work out if I'm right to complain to RSC?? It might be something that is very common and I could be being pedantic? See my other thread for pictures of my bluesy.. Thank you |

Thanks so much. My bezel is lined up perfect. Just the angle of the camera can show it off one way or the other. I may have even had the bezel turned a click or 2 off in some photos. I can't live with a misaligned bezel on any of my watches. I have been lucky enough to not have that issue with any of my watches from Omega, Breitling, Rolex, etc... Bezel misalignment is a easy fix but basic quality control should have spotted it before a watch leaves the factory.
