Looks nice - what's the serial number start with? That's a MKVI dial, I believe, so the case should be c3.xxx-4.xxx million.

This is indeed 3.7M. So this match the dial?

Also, do you think the hands are replaced?

How strong do you think the case is? Strong lugs?

OK good - puts it around '72-'74. Hands look fine to me - couldn't say for sure, but they could well be original. Got any service history? Case and lugs look great, to me, as does the gorgeous insert and the overall look. Nice patina. Beauty!
