It's beautiful. Back when Ofrei still had stock of some rare Omega parts, I bought this dial and blue bezel insert, along with a Mitsukoshi dial and some hands, thinking of modding a 3572.50 in the future. Haven't gotten around to it yet, but it's always an ideia in the back of my mind.

Like other members already said, it is the Omega Speedmaster Pro Gemini IV, my personal favorite from Speedy Pro family.
That blue is a thing of beauty, if you're into it - you should go for it, very unique variation of the already iconic design.
