Day-Date 40mm fit

Trying to figure out if a Day-Date 40 will fit on me...

1) How many removable links are on the Day-Date 40 president bracelet?
Is it the same as the older bracelets? 3 links on the 6 o'clock and 4 links on the 12 o'clock?

2) What is the smallest diameter you can get if you remove all the links on the DD40?

3) Is a significant difference in terms of making the bracelet small between the 36mm or 40mm?

So for reference, I have a GMT 2c that I wear with no removable links at 6 o'clock position and have 2 removable links at the 12 o'clock position. The easy link is folded in and the pivot point on the clasp is in the middle setting.

If I can get a DD40 to that size... I might be in some trouble...
