Setting Lever Screw Rolex 1030

I am trying to replace my worn setting lever screw on my Rolex 1030 movement. I have purchased a new screw but having trouble dislodging the old one.
Is there a secret to removing the screw?

All help is appreciated.

Apologies for asking the obvious. Have you unscrewed it from the setting lever?
