Tudor BB Blue Rose broken minute hand repaired on RSC under Warranty, but.......

Hi Everyone!!!

So I sent my Tudor on January to RSC in Mexico since the minute hand was loose/broken all the way around.

I hacked the movement and went to the nearest AD because there is none in my hometown,
I bought the watch in the US and the international warranty was valid in Mexico’s RSC.

The watch was still under the 2 year warranty, it expires on May 2020....So I didn’t pay for the repair.

So after 9 weeks I got it back, but as I have heard before here, with some new memories/scratches....

Honestly I don’t know how is it possible to get back a watch from any RSC with this lack of attention to scratch the watch.....I think a good local watchmaker would do a much better job, that’s all I’m saying about it.....

I just wanted to share this since I’ve heard some other friends here in the TRF mentioned having similar issues.

I have worst scratches in some of my watches but those were made while I was actually wearing them or fooling around changing straps.

So end of my rant and I’ll wear my watch and keep it in the rotation for a while....

Sorry to hear about your trouble with RSC. Will say that is still a beautiful watch glad it’s back on your wrist where it’s safe

Eugenio,

Glad you got your BB back, sorry about the scratches. That's just plain sloppy.
