Just got an Alaska Project

So apparently all of a sudden I’m really into Omegas. Three in abt a month !

Nice watch and one of the best Speedmaster for collection purposes (better than the Silver Snoopy thing). I passed one for 12k euros this year and regretted.

So what's the red instrument in the box used for??

Edit: I googled it . . . so it's a "jacket" for the watch so that it'll withstand the temps on the dark side of the moon. Way cool!!

White dialed Speedies are neat pieces. However, in dim light they suffer legibility issues that the classic black/gray dial models do not.
