Just returned from an almost 2800 mile trip from Nevada to Colorado and back. I participated in the BMW Club of Colorado’s annual 100,000 Foot Ride. Had a wonderful trip and hit the 10 passes for 101k feet gained.

After the ride, rode to Colorado Springs and rode to the top of Pikes Peak. The day started in the 70’s in the AM and it was a balmy 44.5 degrees at the top at 14,000 feet ASL. Great ride.

Great pics! Nice to see blue sky, and not the typical smoke haze that seems to be more and more common at this time of year.
