I just purchased my first Rolex () and worked with Chase from Nashville Watch - a Submariner 14060m. The watch was better than described, and the sale went very smoothly, as you’ll see is standard for Chase. Also, not that I felt I had to, but when I went to my nearby Rolex service center to get help sizing the watch, they verified authenticity and the recent service and warranty. Very reassuring!

But I also want to point out that being a newbie to the forums, I was a very timid buyer, and Chase was a perfect gentleman, reading and responding quickly to my long paranoid emails, and taking time to talk with me on the phone. He was patient and very honest and straightforward and instilled a lot of confidence. Anyone out there worried about doing this for the first time, you’re in great hands with Chase.
