I think it took two weeks to get mine, but mine is not green and doesn’t have the date, so it’s probably the easiest one to get.

I'm only at about 2 weeks so far, but I've been out of the game and didn't realize that the market conditions for these watches has changed.

August of 2020 I made my first purchase of DJ41 with an awesome AD in the Bay Area and expressed my interest in a 126610 at that time. Got the call for it and grabbed it this Monday, 2/22.
Never thought I’d be able to actually get one. Very fortunate |

Two weeks for a 126613LB in Perth, Australia.
No relationship with the AD. But the city was completely cut off from interstate and overseas travelers due to quarantine restrictions, and I really hit it off with the AD when I went in there. |

Sounds like some guys previously had very little trouble getting a new Sub, but there are also threads about guys being unable to get anything, waiting lists or not.
I've had relationships for years with several ADs from whom I've bought several SS models at retail, including two Daytonas (white and black), and I'm now told the new SS Subs are VERY tough to get and inventory is incredibly low (nothing new, I realize), and that the LV is virtually impossible to get. Perhaps I need to buddy up to a different batch of ADs. Are some guys really getting these relatively easily? And nowadays having to wait just a month or two should be considered easy. |

If you live in the Chicago area, you will never get one.

Really? What do you consider "relatively easy?" Any anecdotal examples?
From everything I'm reading on this forum and elsewhere, it's still very difficult to get SS Sub Dates, especially the LV. I've also read that for every four Sub LNs an AD gets, it gets one LV. |

All over the place...or so it seems.
Went to my local AD where I have purchased a couple of pieces previously. Was basically told "forget it". He started throwing out numbers of pieces on order vs expected deliveries. If you did the math it would be something over 10 years..... |

Can I get a pulse check on this?
Bought a TT DJ41 last year from an AD and nobody will even put me on an EOI list? Is it any better overseas? |

I got a Sub ND after 3 months, it was the model I wanted. I have a previous purchase history with my AD.

I'm looking for a ND Sub for my 40th bday present to myself, put my name down at two ADs in two different geographic regions (one in a major city, one in a small affluent town...and I live in the middle) in Feb 2021, so I gave myself an 18 month runway.
I don't have a purchase history with either of them as this will be my first watch purchase since my 16710 BLRO almost 15 years ago (which I used as a not so subtle hint that I'm not a flipper). I'm also at the point in my life where I can swing building out a nice 3-5 watch collection over the next couple of years. I told them I am interested in the ND Sub as a 40th bday present and so I can leave a Rolex to each of my sons when the time comes. And, although its a bday present for 18 months out, I am willing to come in and pull the trigger at any time if an allocation comes in that someone declines. I stop by and check-in every 1-2 months, but I am becoming increasingly pessimistic that things will line up without a major purchase history (I have used the one shop for little things - a small holiday gift, a wedding ring resizing, and an updated appraisal of my GMT for my insurance). I guess I picked a shit time to try and treat myself... |
