Considering this 116610LN

Hey guys. I hope you're having a good week so far. I'm considering buying this Sub from 2015, and considering to polish it, and if it looks fine, I'll get rid of my other (newer) 2019 Sub in order to get a Hulk, and then have both LN and LV. What do you guys think? It's being sold at US$9620. I think it looks like it's not a fake, but it's pretty scratched, so I am trying to see what you think around pricing vs. the state of the watch. Specially on the top left corner of the case. What do you guys think? Maybe I should just get it "lightly" polished? Here are some photos.

The idea behind it is basically being able to get a Hulk by selling my current LN + some cash. By buying this scratched LN cheaper, I can get to keep this one then.

I don’t understand, you already have a 116610ln and you’re buying the same watch in worse condition to save a few bucks? I’d just keep what you have and add a hulk. I don’t care what anyone says, polishing is polishing and it will never be the same.

Yeah... I think that if you polish "just a bit" it will change the way it looks. Savings could be up to just around 2k, so maybe should just wait and get the Hulk right away, and not care about the hassle of selling my current LN + polishing this one, thanks for your opinion. Does help to make up my mind.

It doesn't make a lot of sense all this.

Hey Francisco... Yes... made up my mind already.
This all reminded you that I should 100% buy what I want. If it costs a couple grand more, or it's scarce, that's fine, it will then require more patience.

Probably a neurotic sense of paranoia but I would stay away from that watch.

Always remember the golden rule(s)
1. Buy the seller (who is selling this? what is their history? are they trusted?)
2. When something is too good to be true (i.e the sales price of 9k), then think twice.

Don't understand the logic, but that watch will polish up brand new if you chose to do so.

The printing on the inside of the box does look a bit weird but I can't se anything wrong with the actual watch.

The bezel looks off esp the “2” on the 20.
