Rolex service uk

Anyone sent there watch off over lock down? Was wondering what wait times people have had. Just about to send my sea dweller off. I sent my 16610 off last summer for service and crystal and it was back in a month was very impressed.

Lock-down? Shops may be closed but certainly there’s no lock down. Why don’t you contact west malling RSC and ask them.

Dropped my Datejust to Kings Hill last Weds for a replacement back cover.

Got an email from them today saying it was ready for collection.

Hi , when you say you dropped off , did you walk in ? . I enquired about six weeks ago and was advised no walk in at present and to send it by post

Thank you

Yes, they re-opened last Monday. I dropped it in within my allocated time on the Wednesday, which I had pre-booked.

They are only a 40 min drive from me.

Dropped my 16710 for a service at ST James RSC, total turnaround took 2 weeks.
Although this was in December, maybe give them a call as they told me they weren't so busy with the pandemic.
