Yeah, no joke. I love gambling but I could never see myself losing more than $1,000 or so in a week. I usually cut myself off after $200-300 in a night.

I would feel more comfortable if they have a safe in the room. I had Speedmaster stolen from my luggage once. It was in a white zipped bag inside my luggage, and the zipped bag was in a zipped up compartment of my luggage—essentially they thoroughly went through my luggage. Now I only travel with one watch if I’m staying in a hotel.

This particular trip, I'm there for 6 days and have a conference to attend for two days, plus three business dinners.

Yeah I agree, and I know. I said that in my post too. ;)

But the security issue is a valid concern. Ex: If I take the BLNR and another watch, I'm not 100% sure I'd be comfortable leaving the BLNR in the hotel room while at dinner.

Here is my advice, if you gamble don't bring an expensive one. A Rolex is as good as cash on the wrist, especially when the banks closed & the cage don't want to extend you anymore cash because your host can't be reached.

Have fun!

Would they actually take a watch as a bet on say a spin of roulette. If you win, house pays out against its re-sales value ? On something like a modern Rolex this would be easily determined to a fairly accurate degree.

The watch you choose to wear should be directly proportional to your level of restraint and sound judgement.

lOl NO, but there are many pawn shops etc. to turn it into cash ASAP.

Bring the BLNR and that’s it, have fun!

Vegas doesn't do understated; blend in with the environment - wear all three on one wrist and roll your sleeves up! Have fun..!!!

My main concern is just travel safety. I doubt I'll attract that much attention in Vegas (I've seen solid gold APs, Daytonas, Richard Milles and King Gold Hublots on wrists all day long out there) plus I'll be on the Strip in the nicer hotels/casinos most of the time, so I'm not really worried about theft while wearing it, but I'd like to bring only one watch so I don't ever have to leave a Rolex in the hotel room. I have heard stories of Rolexes getting lifted from the hotel rooms.

Anyway I will have a few business meetings while I'm there at nice restaurants that require (or call for, anyway) suit and tie, but most of the time I will be dressing casual and business casual.

Would you guys feel comfortable with wearing a BLNR at an a formal business dinner like that?

I know I'm over thinking this because non-watch nerds literally won't care, but I will know what's on my wrist so figured I'd ask you guys what you would do. Plus it's 3 AM and I'm awake, so what else could I do other than plan out my watch game for this trip, right?

So, tl,dr: would you bring just the BLNR to Vegas and rock it for all situations out there, or would you bring multiple watches and pick them depending on your attire?
No one cares what you're wearing, in Vegas or any big city

As with any day/trip, I open my safe and see which one calls my name and off I go.
