Tudor 7928 any ideas why this did not sell at $2500 even

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/111299978454?...84.m1438.l2649

I seen this watch on ebay and was going to buy it but i was wondering why there were no bids.

Is there some thing wrong with it?

Maybe wrong bezel, dial I don't know?

Thanks for your input.

PS I did buy one, but it was locale and cost more!!

Did some genius polish between the lugs? Seems with this watch you're
Buying a dial... :/

Nice Long 5 insert (or an aftermarket copy but I really do not think so) but pearl looks aftermarket.

Old T19

Nice dial for a 67

700 crown

Would like to see mvmnt pics

A little polished (maybe) & service hands are the only thing that stands out. Polish between the lugs may have been corrosion related - maybe indicated on the outer edge of the CB

Would be a helluva but 7928 beater for $2200 USD. If I had seen this I might not have been able to resist if not saving up for something special - Surprised this fell through the cracks. Nice piece overall and the 67 7928 is generally the cheapest of that series
