I've heard there will be another big production run in light of the demand, so don't run out to your friendly local grey dealer and pay an extortionate premium on one, people.

It's nice but Harrod's green is deeper, this is more like a Kermit, so a pass from me.

What you have to consider is that We see Rolex Steel Sports like the Daytona, Cameron, BLNR, Green Sub etc all selling for 10-20-30-40% over RRP and they are available worldwide in the thousands. The Harrods Tudor is from Harrods UK only and Rolex/Tudor May uplift but demand will outstrip supply significantly more.
There’s already a comfortable 2 year wait list in theory based on demand and the watch hasn’t even been publicised or seen in the open yet so regardless of the potential hike in price to get one it is a very very desirable
Watch on so many levels

Anyone else got theirs yet? Did another 50 get release last week? Surely that's all 100 accounted for now.

So far 69 have been delivered to Harrods and many of the first are collected and being enjoyed.

A couple been sold on but one mans loss is another’s gain

Let's not try to hype this any more, esp considering you are a grey dealer yourself and stand to benefit from it the most.

Be assured the sale of a Tudor Green is unlikely coupled with the limited numbers. I’m sure I’ll be fine with the other 800+ I have but may I take this opportunity to remind you I was and still am very much a watch enthusiast of 30 years.

As a dealer we don’t benefit anymore from this than any other. You buy at one price and sell at another. All the same if they cost £100 or £1000000

There’s no hype. If you took the trouble to google you’d find a few of my previous articles and compliments passed on the Tudor black bay from release and subsequent models getting praise all of which have little to no impact on any Grey sales Figures.

It’s nice, it’s the right combination of colour and detail and it’s more
Likely to be on my wrist than many others costing 10x this

I am hoping the watches you have ordered are for personal use as you claim and not for profiteering as you are a big grey dealer, but then 300 posts here in 9 years and then suddenly a wave of them on this thread is giving me some doubt so cut all the resale talk, just stick to the watch.

Yeah sorry mate I’ll not bother contributing after a busy few years !! Perhaps after 20+ years on forum and working with watches all day I have little to say but this is a watch I absolutely love and was just informing the conversation. I sell several thousand watches a year I’m sure this won’t change my life. But as I said great Watch and mine isn’t for sale.

The Daytona has always sold for way over RRP on the secondary market. I really don't get the hype surrounding the BLNR and the LVc, but at least the D Blue is associated with something of pretty special significance to a dive watch.

It's a beautiful watch in execution, but Harrods and the Al-Fayeds ? Give me a break. The black bay "shopping" edition ....:?

What next, a black bay with a pepsi bezel "Tesco" ?

There's nothng in any way endearing about being associated with a department store ultimately owned by an 88 year old suspected sexual predator. But each to their own...
