How old is my Tudor?
This is probably going to be really hard for me to find out but, my Great Grandmother left her Tudor watch to my nan and now I'm trying to find out when it was made. I've tried to look on Google for everything written on the watch. It's stainless steel with a rolled gold front, it has MONTAL engraved on the wrist strap. On the clock face you can see Tudor written and under the 6 o'clock mark is the word SWISS. Inside the watch are 21 rubies and on the lid it says Lunette plaque or lamine 20 microns. There is no rose or shield but the initials RW inside the shape of a gravestone (couldn't think of anything else to compare too) The number 303494 is inside and on the outside is the number 1602.
Here are some pictures as well: DSCF1993.JPG DSCF1999.JPG DSCF1995.JPG Hopefully someone might at least have any idea of how I can find out more.. I don't know if its a real Tudor watch but it seems pretty authentic. |
