Mid morning snack

Usually by about 1030 Starting to feel a bit hungry so looking for something to see me through till lunchtime. Varies from day to day but usually fruit/ small biscuit with a tea

You guys all super good & wait for your lunch or what’s your mid morning snack of choice

Generally if I’m feeling hungry between meals it’s because I’m not hydrated. I drink water and tend not to snack.

If I’m absolutely peckish, I’ll eat a handful of raw almonds.

I usually have a one and a half cups of mixed fruits as a snack. Raspberries, strawberries, kiwi and grapes are the usual mix..
