Rolex 19018 Day Disc

Hello fellow Rolex enthusiasts; I finally managed to buy a Full Set in YG and in terrific shape. One downside is that the days are in German. According to my
favorite Vintage Watch Dealer changing the Day Disc doesn’t in any way impact the value negatively. What are your thoughts on this and any idea where to find an original Day Disc? Might Rolex still have these in stock?

On mine the Day disk is French (caseback bears French import hallmark even if I bought it off HQM) and I left it that way, I think it's charming. Unless you're worried someone might see your watch and think to test you on mastery of your Hochdeutsche I'd memorize the German days of the week and leave it at that.

Mine is Spanish, I like the fact it's different. Learn the days and wear it.
Oh and BTW congrats to your first DD

Thank you all, much appreciated. Might keep it in German but curious if Rolex still have Day Discs in stock. Much appreciate your comments
