Platinum DD40 - decision made - INCOMING

This arrived yesterday. The Platona is out.

Supple bracelet. Ice blue. Weighty.

Very happy with this one.

I’m sure it’s hard letting go of a Platona but that DD must have made it much easier. Wow, such a beautiful watch. Congrats!

That makes some sense with the new 5170P. Enjoy it, it's beautiful!

Thanks. It wasn't as hard as I expected, especially once the new one is on the wrist. They are different animals, and the Platona is a fantastic watch, but the DD40 was calling my name.

Thank you! Make it happen, it's worth the effort to make this grail come to reality!

Lovely. I have to say, I'm not a Platona fan. I think you made a good call.

Simply stunning. Platona is amazing, but this is so much cleaner.
