HELP!.. 1675 rootbeer two tone

Hey guys.. new to forum here. Hesitating on pulling the trigger on a 1675 two tone rootbeer gmt on jubilee. Priced at 5200$ cad at a local reputable watchmaker. Really good condition, dial and bezel near mint, case shows daily wear. Two questions for you guys.. is the pricing about where it should be?...and since i don't see these rootbeer dials much in person, are they sought after on the 2nd hand market?

The two-tone GMTs are not as popular as the stainless steel models. The "root beer" variation seems to be the most popular of the two-tone GMTs based on my experience.

Nice 1675 examples run the gamut from $4500 on up. I would think that $5000 would buy you a very nice watch.

Truthfully it's a deal at $4-4.5k, otherwise pass.
