Looks much better. Was laser welding involved? Looks like more material is there.

Absolutely. There was other way of rebuilding the lugs back to the way they were....or, at least, as close as possible.

Awesome watch! I love the dial, the bezel, the bracelet, and the improved lugs! What a long wait, though seems totally worth it! I was a basket case with my 1680 off to LAWW for two months last year.
