Tudor Oysterdate Chronograph 79270

Hi all

New to the forum and looking forward to getting stuck in.

I was after some advice for the Tudor Oysterdate Chronograph 79270 that I’m looking to buy. For £4,950 (no papers or box but through a very reputable site that offers authenticity certificates, long warranty etc). I trust them.

I’ve figured out through terrible purchasing that my wrists sit pretty with a 40mm watch and likely a 20mm strap.

So, in the hunt for another watch for my collection I’ve been offered a £3k trade in value for my IWC pilot Chronograph (bought brand new from retail Oct 2018, boxed papers etc) and that’ll leave me with £1,950 to pay for the Tudor.

I’ve got the dive watch. I’ve got the no date dive watch. I’ve got my GMT. I fancy a Chrono and love the Tudor story. But, is this too much to pay?

Thanks all.

Yeah, that's the one.. Seems toppy to me, but they've offered a great trade in price on my IWC Pilot Chronograph.

996marty, Much better prices it seems, although they don't have the exact model I'm after. I'll be searching this daily now though, thanks :-)

The 79270 is a great chrono, the added 12 hour rotating bezel being one of the best features. It provides a second time zone or simple timer. Sorry, can't help w/ value in another currency or with UK availability. There should be plenty of examples out there. Here's a pic of my recently sold 79270P.
Good luck,
dP
