I just noticed this post on TRF and indeed the dial looks to be not factory. Also it looks as if the bezel has for sure been replaced. I have emailed the winner and offered them a full refund.

Hi Jeff if it's truly a 18238 the band has been changed the bezel is fine. Cheers
