What home quarantine? If you mean self-isolation, why do you think people are going to self-isolate? Because they don't want to catch coronavirus? Why? Because they think they are going to die from catching coronavirus. They are not self-isolating because they want to sit home on their throne all day with their abundant amount of toilet paper.
