116618 Worth in gold
Although i do understand that i might get grilled for asking this question, I was looking to buy 116618 for my dad on this 50Th wedding anniversary coming up. I just wondered how much worth in gold does 116618 have. I know its a brand and sentiments your buying , but just checking if anyone got this information.

Lots of threads so I feel educated enough to answer. Not worth it's weight in gold. The extra $$ goes into R&D, machining the gold, the movement, the name on it, their profit, etc.
I'm sure your dad will love the gift! Don't forget mom's 50th anniversary Rolex. Congrats to them. |

So... Calculated Scrap Gold Value using spot price on March 6, 2016 Gold Weight: 100 grams Purity:18k Gold Price: $1259.80 / troy ounce Answer: Total gold value is $3,037.76.
