Non-Running Ladies Tudor Princess Date
At what point does it makes sense to buy a non-running vintage piece? In this case it's a mid- late- '60s Tudor oysterdate - I believe it could be ref 7582. I know these don't go for too much running, so it would only make sense picking one up if it were a good deal. But how good a deal? Owner is older and says it worked when she put it away a few decades ago.

well it's still got a good bracelet, dial and hands. I'd probably pay $100 for it, maybe 2 if I was feeling generous. then I'd send it to MY in HK for a cheap servicing.

Should be ETA inside, can't be too hard to repair... doesn't look like it's been waterlogged.

As said above, no more than a couple hundred. By time you service it and get it cleaned up, anything more than that and you will have more in it than its worth.

I concur with the above. Couple hundred at most. That size has limited appeal on the resale market. Do not buy to fix and flip.

Thanks a lot guys. Very helpful. Was thinking as something for my wife, not to flip. But this guidance is valuable.
