From someone who has platinum pave dial did, it’s considered an “upgrade” cause historic price, rarity and lineage however to me it’s a downgrade in terms of looks and how special it feels compared to my dd40 chocolate dial rose gold/factory diamonds, gold ymii and sky d

If you like the appearance of gold best it will never be an upgrade to you no matter how much you try to force yourself to love it more cause it’s suppose to be more special :)
