Beautiful reference. I am looking for one at the right price. I have an OEM JV strap I want to put on it to pair nicely with the ecru lume. The dial is absolutely stunning and I need a blue dial back in my collection since selling my IWC Pilot Chrono Le Petite Prince. I've got to get my hands on this.

Interesting design on the power reserve.
How does the new movement affect the thickness of the case (if at all)?
The use of a balance bridge is considered to be superior to the balance cock design, so its good to see Panerai stepping up their game.

Don't know, yet thickness is balanced for a watch of this dimension. Believe they say the 01033 is 16mm, yet feels like 12mm or so on my wrist. It is relatively thin. Of course it's not like my ultra-thin Piaget 9p movement timepiece thin, yet pretty much nothing is LOL

Agree, Panerai is stepping up their game for sure with the new in-house movements. The 8 year warranty is a nice touch too.

The 1033 is a knockout! Just noticed the case is brushed. Panerai is really stepping it up over the last couple years.

$180 for a rubber strap is pretty wild, that must be some GOOD, HIGH quality rubber. Beautiful piece you have there! Enjoy it!
