Audemars Piguet ROO Black themes

I'm in the process of looking for a slightly pre owned 44mm Audemars Piguet ROO Black Themes. I would like to find a watch that is fairly new. Are there any changes from 2008-present? I am having trouble with the reference numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Looking to stay in the 14-20k range.

So the black themes is actually 42mm, some of the sites you read are listed wrong. No changes from 2008 onward. Your price range is perfectly fine, would expect to fall somewhere $15-16K.

There was a whole new range of ROOs introduced recently, one had a black dial similar to the old Black Themes. Check them out too.

A new range of ROO´s was indeed launched as 2014 models. 26470 is the ref.numbers for those and they have a black/red theme.

So you guys are saying there's no 44mm black themes AP ROO. I've seen the newer black and red but I prefer the all black and white.
Does this look authentic?

It's authentic, however it's the older reference, not in production anymore. It's still a gorgeous piece though. If you like, go for it.

The older reference is what he's asking about in his original post...

It's the only "black themes" nickname.

It is only in 42mm however the black themes is heavily faked so be very sure when buying.

DO NOT BUY from a private seller on Chrono 24 who is in Germany and you in the US unless you need to go to Germany and he is ok to meet you in an AP dealer to have the watch authenticated, be very careful…. Box and papers don't mean shit, you can buy them easily on the net...
